Group Fitness Classes

Woodland Fitness has handpicked instructors that are the best of the best! Our Group Fitness Classes are a great way to stay motivated, meet other people, and challenge yourself. We have over 100 classes scheduled each month. Try one or a few out today! Group Fitness Classes are included in your membership fees. If you are not a current member, you can purchase a Group Fitness punch pass card.

Personal Training

Looking for a more personal approach to working out? Don’t know where to start, but want to make some changes and learn what is best for YOU? We have personal trainers to help with that! Let us help you reach your goals!

Childcare

Woodland Fitness is family oriented! Bring your kids to the gym and let them have fun while you work out! There is an additional charge to use this service. For more than 4 children, please contact the Front Desk staff for rates.

Drop In Rates: $9 for 1 child, $18 for 2 children, $27 for 3 children, $36 for 4 children. Monthly Rates: $30 for 1 child, $40 for 2 children, $50 for 3 children, $60 for 4 Children

Monday - Saturday | 8 am - 10:30 am

Monday - Wednesday | 4:30 pm - 7:15 pm

  • Tanning

    Soak up some Vitamin D or bronze your look by using our tanning beds! Additional costs do apply to use this service. Schedule tanning time with the Front Desk Staff.

    1 Session- $13.50

    5 Sessions- $55.00

    10 Session- $110.00

    1 Month- $75.00

    3 Months- $210.00

    6 Months- $300.00

  • Sauna

    Enjoy the many benefits of our sauna. Expedite your muscle recovery, burn extra calories or boost your immune systems through relaxing in the sauna. This service is included in your gym membership.

  • Siker Beauty

    Enjoy a relaxing facial or remove unwanted hair through Siker Beauty’s amazing services. Additional costs do apply to use this serve. Booking is done directly with Siker Beauty. Pricing ranges from $25-$170.

  • Renew Massage Therapy
